Four Season's Outdoor Living Cushions & Umbrellas Warranty
is extended to the original purchaser utilizing our cushions and umbrellas in ordinary home use. Four Seasons Outdoor Living warrants that your cushion or umbrella is free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your Four Seasons Outdoor Living cushions or umbrellas fails structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without charge.

This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. Warranty does not cover cushions or canopies that are unstuffed or removed from the umbrella frames for cleaning purposes. Please see cleaning instruction below. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials. The warranty does not cover fading of polyester or printed acrylic fabrics. This warranty does not cover damage to umbrellas due to wind. All Four Seasons Outdoor Living umbrellas should be closed and tied up when not in use.  Proper storage of our cushions and umbrellas when not in use is vital to the extended life and usage of our products.

The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service under this warranty. Four Seasons Outdoor Living will not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from defective products.

Except as expressly stated herein, we make no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our site. Except as expressly stated herein, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. That you agree that in no event shall Four Seasons Outdoor Living, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

All warranties are provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of these products. In no case can Four Seasons Outdoor Living, or its employees and representatives modify these warranties. All warranty claims will be presented to those suppliers and in no event shall Four Seasons Outdoor Living be responsible for any warranty claims beyond those provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

CLEANING OF OUR PRODUCTS
All of our fabrics can be cleaned with a solution of a natural soap and lukewarm water.  Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry in the sun with the zippers down.  Best to push out as much soaked in water as possible for faster drying.  The 100% acrylic fabrics such as all Sunbrella fabrics can also be cleaned with diluted bleach and water.  Rinse thoroughly after cleaning, especially the threading as bleach will weaken the thread over time. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND UNSTUFFING YOUR CUSHIONS FOR CLEANING PURPOSES. THE COVERS WILL SHRINK AND THE CORES WILL BE DIFFICULT IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO RESTUFF. MOST CUSHION BACKS ARE STUFFED WITH A PILLOW INSERT WHICH IS NOT MEANT TO BE REMOVED UNLESS YOU ARE REPLACING IT.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
Four Seasons Outdoor Living cushions and umbrellas are custom made to your order and all sales are final with the exception of manufacturer's defects, workmanship problems, or production errors. Please contact customer service at 877-567-1009 for instructions on returns due to defects or incorrect orders. Defective or incorrect orders will be replaced immediately at no charge to the customer. Refunds requested for returned/defective items will be credited in full, upon inspection, to the original method of payment.

SHIPPING
TEMPORARY NOTICE: DUE TO FABRIC MILL CLOSINGS AND STAFFING ISSUES DUE TO COVID-19, OUR PRODUCTION IS PRESENTLY AT 4-6 WEEKS.  WE ARE EXPERIENCING EXTENDED FABRIC DELAYS IN SOME OF THE FABRICS.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY THAT YOUR CHOSEN FABRIC IS IN STOCK, PLEASE EITHER CALL OR EMAIL TO INFO@FOURSEASONSOUTDOORLIVING.COM.
 
We ship most all orders using Federal Express Ground service. Common carrier rates will be quoted on orders too large for ground service. Shipping charges calculated on this website are for the continental US only. Shipping charges to other states may need to be adjusted due to air charges and you will be contacted if further charges are applicable.  Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. We strive to have all of the fabrics on this site available at all times. Occasionally however, the fabric mills may have production delays. The 2-3 week shipping time is not a guarantee.  You will be contacted immediately if your order is delayed due to backordered fabrics or other unforeseen reasons.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please keep the original packaging material until you have fully inspected the contents and are satisfied with the products received. In the case of visible damage to the packaging, please advise the driver and make notations of damage on the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of any damaged goods so we can file a claim with the carrier. After 30 days, we nor the carrier can be liable for missing or damaged goods.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Due to the custom making and quick turn around shipping process, cancellations or changes to an existing order can only be made within 24 hours after placing the order. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours and your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to the same card in the amount charged. After 24 hours, your order is in the production process and can not be cancelled or changed in any way.
